The West End HOA

The West End Homeowners Association will formed when the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions were recorded. Homeowners become a member of the Association when they close on a property in The West End. The West End Homeowners Association provides community leadership, covenant enforcement, oversight of community events, accounting and finance functions and the operation and maintenance of recreation facilities. Community leadership is provided by various Association Committees and by a Board of Directors that is elected by the homeowners. All residents can participate in the committees. These committees will help shape the future of the The West End Homeowners Association as well as plan and manage community events.
