Our Owners

Ken Cooper, the founder of Cooper Custom Homes, holds both a BBA and an MBA from Baylor University. In 1983, Ken relocated from Dallas to Waco to spearhead the development of Bent Tree Place Condos for investors. By 1985, his passion for homebuilding led him to focus on creating custom homes in the Waco, TX, community. Today, the company remains a family-operated business, led by Ken alongside his son, Cameron Cooper, continuing the legacy of craftsmanship, quality, and family values.
